Introductory One to Ones (before joining a group class)
Ideally, all new clients begin with at least one private session (one to one) where I can see how you move - where you are strong, where you may need a little more attention/development and what I need to watch out for in class. If you are completely new to Pilates, it's a bit of a shock to learn that we're not looking to see how far we can stretch our limbs away from our body - but how far we can do it with control, with the movement coming from the right place, at the right time, and with no other part of the body compensating....If i'm being completely honest, I was surprised how beneficial my Introduction was, how helpful for future classes and frankly how nice it was for my body to get some guidance about how I moved and what needed to concentrate on in class.
Private One to Ones/Duets
Unfortunately I am currently unable to offer private one to one sessions to new clients.
